MetroCallAI helps answer calls, collect caller details, summarize requests, and send information to a business. It does not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, customer decisions, response times, or business outcomes.

Business Responsibility

Businesses are responsible for reviewing caller requests, following up with customers, honoring applicable laws, and making their own decisions about pricing, scheduling, service delivery, and customer communication.

AI Limitations

AI systems can misunderstand callers, collect incomplete details, or make mistakes. Businesses should review important information before acting on it.

Emergency and Regulated Calls

MetroCallAI is not an emergency dispatch service, legal advisor, medical advisor, or substitute for licensed professional judgment. Emergency callers should contact emergency services.

Custom Scripts

Scripts may be customized for business type, service area, and intake preferences. Businesses are responsible for approving the wording used for their customers.
